Returns Policy


We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase, all defective returns are subject to manufacturer approval of warranty claims. Merchandise returned as defective will be thoroughly tested and inspected. For merchandise that is verified as defective, will either (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the merchandise at no charge, or issue a full credit for the defective merchandise. 

Merchandise that is returned as defective, but that is determined to work properly, will be subject to a testing fee and the 10% restocking charge. Credit will not be issued for merchandise damaged due to corrosive materials, abuse, alteration, or misuse.

Customers must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning a product.  Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.  Contact by phone or e-mail to be issued a return authorization number.  Return Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned “Freight Prepaid,” with the Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the outside of the package. Parts must be new, in original packaging, in saleable condition, and originally purchased from We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. reserves the right to charge a 3% credit card transaction fee for canceled orders.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Gift purchases will only be accepted for refund if they are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be issued a shipping label/and or return authorization number to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
